How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Depositdisappointed Pest Control should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when contacting Depositdisappointed Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we matched you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Depositdisappointed Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Pennsylvania.
How to File
Email contact@depositdisappointed.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Send It
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Afterward, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
